KC's Music/Arts Institute in the news

The Music/Arts Institute (MAI) in Kansas City is getting some great publicity.  On September 18th, the Young MAIsterSingers Childrens’ Choir will perform during the Grand Opening of the spectacular new Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. The Young MAIsterSingers is the professional childrens’ choir housed at Music/Arts Institute.

Of particular note to those in our area, MAI annually hosts Camp Shakespeare, the popular summer program designed to give children ages 5 - 18 a hands-on introduction to Shakespeare and the art of theater.
